When you want to host a common network drive’s content so all the employees can access the content remotely then we recommend that you upload each folder to a workspace. Workspaces can be published for each department and you can then upload files under each department. Files are uploaded in the Attachment section of the workspace. This keeps your content organized.
For example, if you have a sales Department and you want to share sales documents:
Click Add New>Department>Title Sales
Then Click Add New>Policy>Title: Product Descriptions
Upload all the files for Products here. When you upload the files, you can also add them into folders on the Attachment section.
Then create all the departments then upload all the files. Employees can access the workspaces that you publish.
Bonus! Employees can subscribe to a workspace to get notification emails when they are edited. Go to Main Menu>Subscriptions. Or go to Options Menu>Subscribe.
