Add users and edit roles
Administrators manage user invitations. Each user is added one at a time. To add, have their name and email address. You can include a welcome message. Invitation emails go to the user and include your message and link to your website. Users will click the link and be prompted to create a password.
To invite users, go to Admin menu>click Invite Team Members>Click Add Business User
The administrator can change user roles for active users. User roles are either Primary Administrators, Administrators or Business Users. To change go to Admin menu>Invite Team Members> click Edit and change User Type.
Hide Workspace templates under Add Menu
When you decide that some workspaces will not be used by your team, then you can hide them without deleting them. You can make them visible again.
To hide workspaces you will unpublish them. Go to the Admin menu>Account Manager>Workspaces>click the link under Library Workspaces and change Status to Un-Published. Save.
Create Workspace templates
