Intranet Plus enables you to manage and track leads from your website to Intranet Plus with Contact Form 7. More contact forms to come.
Generate leads from your website
Automatically generate leads from your company website. Capture prospects contact information and manage leads with sales and marketing teams. To get started you will need two WordPress plugins: Contact Form 7 and Intranet Plus.
To set up web to lead process on your WordPress site:
Login to WPAdmin –
Step One – download and install plugins
Step Two – configure a form
Go to Contact Form 7 and add new form. You can start with their default and edit it later.
Step Three – add page to site
Create page on the website and paste short code from Contact Form 7.

Step Five – download, install and create an account for Intranet Plus
Go to Settings > BPMContext and create account. Login and add a department.
Step Six – Setup your account
Add Department page, call it Marketing.
Invite another person to the account if you want the leads to go to someone other than yourself.
Admin > Invite Team member > Click Invite > complete form
Step Seven – Connect form and account
Go to WPAdmin >Settings>BPMContext>Contact Form tab
Connect Form to Intranet Plus and click Get API Key to connect your form to your account. The following is an example:
Step Eight – Test
Test form > complete a form and send >
Login to your account > Main Menu >Notifications > Contact us > click link
Did you get a notification? Yes? Congrats. Go to Admin menu > Delete page to delete
No? then disable the form and try again.
Step Nine – Setup team, notifications
If you want others to get alerts when new leads come in then invite team to Intranet Plus. They can subscribe to the contact us forms for real time email alerts.
Subscribe/Un-subscribe is located under Options menu
Or in Main Menu > Subscriptions
Step ten – Contact Us lead process
Messages go to you or someone on your team to follow up. When you complete your work you can either Close the ticket workflow or you can send someone a follow up task (called Sub-Route To). They complete their work and send the task back to you to Close. All Contact Us pages are archived in Main Menu > Page Type Report > Contact Us

No change to API Key if
- You edit the Contact Form 7 form
- If you edit the Workspace desig
Update the API key if
- Something changes in the criteria under The Contact Form tab, such as
- the ID of the form changes on WordPress
- or change the parent page
Account List – You must be logged in to display the account name (s)
Plugin – Select Contact Form 7. Other form plugins can be listed here
Contact Form to Connect – You can setup one or more forms to be track and manage in Intranet Plus
Workspace To Connect – Select Contact Us
Admins can change the workflow settings anytime. Update your API if you change these settings
- if consumer workflow
- if target workflow
- if serial workflow
Select Specific parent page – This is the parent page of the contact form. For example, you can setup a Sales Department workspace.

Select workflow owner/initiator – This setting appears only if your workspace is set up as target or serial workflow.
initiator and assign to can be the same person
- responsible for managing the process from new to close
Assign task to – person responsible for responding to contact form messages
Enable – will connect form; uncheck to remove form
- forms go to email configured for plugin unless you enable forms to go to bpm.
Get API Key button – click to complete setup and connect form to your account.
If you make changes to form you need to update the API Key
If you want to delete this form connection then you click the checkbox and click Delete API Key
Add Form – you can add another form to go from your website to BPM
